Yeah! This is a big day ----- I finally catch up my blog posts!!!
I always hated the last week of my winter/summer break when I was in school back in Asia: forever catching up those endless assignments!
Nowadays, while have been traveled away for weeks, holidays, and blogspot's horrible upload problem for weeks (again). It seems unreal for me to catch up!
Great! On schedule ever since today!
I was all the way wondering while brushing the teeth, walked in the main kitchen, the catering kitchen ----- WHAT TO COOK FOR BF?!
Truly not like the feeling of no idea.
And it's 630am, ridicules to dig in cooking books!
I reached for egg, milk, flour ---- a dish is always my favorite (yes, I have tons of favorites though). I believe this could be an international BF, who & where cannot use these to begin a magic day? In Asia with lard, we call it egg cake, in a US size & thickness it's pan cake, in France with, of cause with butter, Crepe!
All my memory and energy comes back as soon as there is a direction. Can anything be easier than this?! Glass bowl melt butter, beat eggs, mix in flour + milk, add a bit salt. I pour, I flip, done ---- with maple syrup, powder sugar, peanut butter, chocolate, jam, or just plain. 5 integrences, 3 tools, fantastic eat! Yes, cream spinach or bacon or sausage could be even better, but no matter how low key or fancy you work on it, bake or microwave them to reheat, the flavors, the satisfactions, are always guarantied. All you in need is patient: one by one each time, togather with you love & time...
For kiddos I made a little thicker, save them some effort & time to handle.
