3/3/13 Sunday Brunch: Silver Dollar Pancake, Smoke Salmon, and more

Love the feeling of be able to make a choice what to cook for brunch 12pm in my bed: waffle - Pancake - Crepe? Berry - melon - citrus? Egg - Sausage - Salmon? If there is anything I don't have enough, it should be "sleep". My only day to have 8 hours!!

There was one night I comforted my little one to get to sleep: "Oh baby, if one day I could be lucky as you and sleep as looong as I wish, then I will be very very happy!"
He sat up in dark and said very worried: " Oh mine! Then we will ALL starving to death! I know only one thing to eat ---- cereal!"

11/11/12 Sunday Brunch Welcome Visitors

周六下午才知道友人要来，又还在办事，忙得很。晚上10点，都还没敲定有多少人来。发挥一贯兵来将挡水来土淹的大无畏精神: 就brunch好啦，最多是和面发面嘛，简单又干净。面包牛油咖啡的，一屋子还香香的。
面包大受欢迎。一出炉就能把口水引出来。添加不少水果蔬菜，添烤了只鸡，其实也还是可以作到比较健康嘀。
只是下次再不敢8:30才起床喽 ---- 更衣出阁的时间预算我忘啦...
好在客人晚到十几分钟 ----- 救了我的命！


Total of 2 hours last night & 2 hours this am for a quick Sunday Brunch for one of a long-time-no-see good friends coming from north.
It's weekend! Feeling proud to be able to get up on 830am.... :p
Even the food is quite simple, we more enjoy the chatting part of cause.

 Fruit Delight: anything could be tough early Sunday morning (I mean, around, 9?): washing, coring & cutting ...

 For the cups: Fresh Brewed Coffee & British BF Tea

 Snack: Chocolate Covered Hawaiian Macadamia
