Love is in My Kitchen -2014 Valentine 甜蜜的情人节

Yes, we have flowers, lunch, dinner, gifts, cards. So the only things out from my kitchen are Chocolate-covered Strawberries and tiramisu, as most of each and every year.

这是浪漫的日子,也是偷懒和排队的日子。好像都是传统啦,巧克力草莓和提拉米苏是我每年2/13晚上好心情的加班作业。




 They are already so giant, and after at least three dips each, that's giantX3. 今年没有用黑巧克力。这一天,就甜蜜一点,放纵一些吧。






White gets very smooth this year. Love it! 白巧克力总是吃得更快,是更甜一些的缘故呢?







I roasted the almond and walnut right before washed and dried the berries. So fresh and nutty. My favorite is almond. 这是杏仁的。






 
My little boys choice. "pretty! And sweety!" 这是要讨喜应景的颜色。
 
 
 
 
 
 


Grandparents love this one. 碎核桃口味。坚果在熔巧克力前才新鲜烤香出炉,口感最佳。
 
 
 
 
 

An other kiddo's fav. "classy and sweet-can-see". 粗糖粒儿的。对我们家极偏食的小朋友,这样简单纯粹的最对味了。
 
 
 
 
 



My hubby's fav. No secret to a wonderful tiramisu: best cream, cheese, coffee, liquor and chocolate you can find. Correct temperature. Plus all your love.  我的提拉米苏不再用可可粉,免得呛到老人小孩,改细细刨好的Godiva黑巧克力,更棒!
