Meat Eater 近期的肉肉们

It's almost impossible to show no meat at all on our super table:  "Errrr, where..is the meat?"(sounds alike we have a mile-long dinning table) "Mom, are you ....sick?" (what a thoughtful boy).

But they are easy to satisfied though: just one meat dish will be good enough to cheer them up, not asking much.

I eat all poultry, seafood, or any meat dish recently in a very simple and juicy way. Love them all: Char-grilled NY strip, with home-made Teriyaki Sauce, Pan Seared Pork Chop, Roasted Chicken with Pea & Chickpea, Stir Fry Pork Rib Tip, Veg Stir Fry Pork Fillet, Crawfish Boil, BBQ Big Mouth Bass & Pork Ribs.

上肉肉吧。如果两天不吃肉,家里会闪烁着狼的绿光眼哦.... :-p






牛排。美国就是实在,一上上一头牛----还是德州的牛排,更加不顾人死活。我只能一次烤一半的量,还片开来,便利老少。
春天了,在后院BBQ也是赏心悦目的一件事儿。
 
 
 


猪排:拣了瘦的里脊。猪排比起牛排就狡猾些:生了不能吃,过头又柴。象我这种随性的人,还是室内用平底锅来得保险。






 

社区的block party, 下一场雨,改日期倒是容易,这腌好的一盆烤鸡肉,可得变着法要销掉。切丁的改片的,这是全块的烧,添青豆和chickpea, 其实最简单又过瘾。配上青菜和法棍面包,就是一餐。





清炒排骨:这个,就无须冗言啦。
 
 
 
 

土豆青椒炒肉片:有时候,就是一份肉,也得搭些菜滴....
 
 
 
 
 


haha,终于等到大只的小龙虾了!徐徐的晚风中,剥着壳,喝着啤酒,是很惬意的时分。




 

 
BBQ出来的肉排和----第一条大嘴鲈鱼。烤肉真是吃肉的时机 ---- 似再长的肉排再多的香肠都有不够的时候。鱼是仿泰式的渔民烤法:肚子里塞姜葱,抹半粗的海盐,细火慢慢烤来,汁都在,肉厚亦清甜。就是耗时太多,我的面也快烤到八分熟啦 .....
