2/25/13 Dinner: 干烧带鱼,泡菜炒肉末,酸辣/酱爆四季豆西葫芦,滑蛋,清炒上海青

Rush in and have one kiddo's super within 5 minutes! ----- Egg & Veg, w/steamed rice. His tutor will come by in half hour, so quickly eat first, enjoy his favorite fish later...
Hungry won't handle with any challenge questions :)

Dinner tonight: Sauteed Belt Fish, Home Made Mustard With Grounded Pork, Spicy/Soy Sauced Zucchini & Green Beans, Scramble Eggs, Stir Fry Veg.

今天的晚餐:干烧带鱼,泡菜炒肉末,酸辣/酱爆四季豆西葫芦,滑蛋,清炒上海青。



 
干烧带鱼:好久没吃带鱼了。给小朋友挑出来要吃。煎香后下糖,酒,酱,一点点水,烧干,其实是挺简单的一道。




泡菜炒肉末:三天就出坛,天又热啦!
 
 
 

酸辣四季豆西葫芦:什么就手就下什么。炒素这个好:酸又辣,开胃。
 
 
 

 酱爆四季豆西葫芦:酱色不太看得出。是给小朋友们的。免辣。





滑蛋:就是五分钟出菜的模样,完全没有配角,所以嫩滑就很重要了。
 
 
 


清炒上海青:加糖,比较多的糖。很好吃。
