Early Morning Cooking 一大早给小朋友忙碌的早餐和午餐

It's hard to cook early: especially a well balanced breakfast, and a fresh lunch pack (no, two!) in addition, plus, cannot repeat all the time "that is bore...".

Here we go,  couple of my most recent morning excises. Keep in mind they all come out while with my less than 6 hour sleep, so camera is shacking, light is not appropriate... as usual :)

小朋友是早上的太阳----谁说的来着？！围着太阳转呵。我痛恨这越加越长的夏时制的其一就是在这种要夏不夏之时，害我天朦朦（甚至更早时是一片漆黑）就开始忙碌的一天。不过等入夏后凌晨时分，看一缕缕晨雾穿行，或是野鹿一家悠闲的寻嫩叶，或是一轮红日跳出来，一边摆着早餐盘/午餐盒，倒是很让我静享的独处时光。

这是早餐的sandwich. 面包涂的一位是花生酱另一位是榛子巧克力酱。
