Summer Brunch: Southern Cornbread w/Strawberry Preserves Butter, fruits, 5 grain shake.

每次烤玉米面包,或者吃玉米面包,总会想到“飘”。这是南方的,地里面的,粗旷的,又是真实的甜美。我喜欢吱吱作响的铸铁锅倒进玉米面糊的声音,喜欢空气里猪油和玉米的味儿。
选注明是欧洲的牛油,拌上自家的草莓酱和红糖,融进所有面包都成美味。
水果也粗些,更加一碗黄豆,黑豆,红豆,苡仁,莲子打成的五谷米糊,看窗外100F的天,感觉Southern & Earthy.
