3/26/12 dinner 枸荠鸡蛋汤,无锡排骨,蒜泥烤鲜虾,醋爆土豆丝,蒜蓉四季豆,清炒上海青

Fell asleep on sofa in the office this pm. So tired…

Sending boys to activities through all rush hour traffic, as usual.

Arrived home around 625pm. Dinner served on 710pm.

今天的晚餐- 枸荠鸡蛋汤,无锡排骨,蒜泥烤鲜虾,醋爆土豆丝,蒜蓉四季豆,清炒上海青。


枸荠鸡蛋汤: 水滚下油,落菜,加盐,鸡精,鸡蛋3只加盐打开,分上下左右倒入。出锅洒香油。

蒜泥烤鲜虾 :烤箱预热420F.带头大虾清理干净,泡盐水10分钟,洗净拭干,开边去泥肠,前部稍切深些,好摆盘。摆入拭过油的烤盘,洒海盐,胡椒,蒜泥 (葱和parsley,今天太赶,没用)。淋油(今用橄榄油)。放烤箱中部,5-7分钟。乘热吃!

无锡排骨:排骨飞水(今天赶,直接用葱,姜,油,八角爆焦香),入陈醋1份,酱油2份,酒3份,冰糖1大块,水5份,(原方入陈醋1份,酒2份,酱油3份,冰糖4份,水5份。太咸,酱与酒对调:)慢火45-60分钟。大火收汁。
