过年啦!
今年的新记录不是多复杂的菜单,也不是多花俏的菜式。而是,时间。
昨晚开的油锅炸扣肉炸圆子炸腐竹。今天早上把扣肉蒸了,干货泡了。下午4点还在超市补货,傍晚接接送送小朋友的活动,待到家已是6点。
7:25开饭。九菜一汤一甜点。鸡和鸭是迫不得已外卖,黄瓜是妈妈的手艺,全部出齐啦!
真开心,还外烧个生姜红糖水,热辣辣,好暖人。
Chicken Soup w/mushroom, ginseng and herbs. 人参乌鸡汤。再急,鸡汤还是要清的。
Steamed Chicken w/ginger and green onion sauce. A chicken is a must for new year. Bring in all good luck. 大吉大利 白切鸡。这是外卖了。高汤是现成的, 偷懒是其次。但等不及凉再斩,就不美啦。
Roasted Duck. 鸭子就纯是偷懒了。没办法,鸭肉又是有些考时间和技巧的...忏悔中....明年....
Fish is a must as well (well, not any dish is an option on the eve of new year). It means much left overs so a new year enjoy more than expected. 年年有余的彩头是一定的。红烧大黄鱼。
Ten Mixed Veg. 10 is the biggest number, a full circle. So the dish brings us a perfect new year. A very popular and much healthy choice. Only challenge is to prepare all ten kinds of vegetables and cook them separately according to their own texture and taste, then combine into one dish. It could be served as a cold dish as appetizer, I made much extra for the rest of the new year week. 十全十美十香菜。不好意思,完全没有所谓的刀工了,赶时间赶到没切了手就烧高香:十样一个个分了炒,有时锅已红菜还在洗或切,火烧眉毛啦。但它每每都是大家爱吃的一道,所以再麻烦也是要上嘀。
Meatball in Fry Tofu Pocket. 欢喜团圆:酿油豆腐圆子。
Sautéed bean Curd and Pork. 腐竹焖肉。腐竹即富足。炸过烧入味有口感。我的灶台上火力齐开,抽风机感应不及都快要疯了。
Peanut inside the jujube w/cucumber. 开口笑:妈妈白天在家,她试的新菜。枣子里塞花生,要时间的一道菜。
Stir Fry lettuce w/garlic. Dish bring in $$$$. 蒜蓉生菜。
找时间用多的香菜拌辣椒醋碟。
Ginger w/dark Brown Sugar Drink. Keep warm in a cold winter day. 并且还熬了生姜红糖水,老公小孩可爱上了。第一锅,姜还不辣,他们可以接受。
Dessert: Taro pudding. 芋泥是受欢迎的甜点。不过是以前冰好的,蒸透就好用啦。白糖猪油真正香满口,一小口就好满足。愿人人健康如意,生活甜甜蜜蜜!
