2/20/13 Dinner: Crispy Fried Chicken Wing, Pan Sauteed Big Mouth Bass, Butter Garlic Mushroom, Stir Fry Veg w/Garlic, Chicken Soup with Napa Cabbage & Tofu 脆炸鸡翅,干烧大嘴鲈鱼,牛油蒜蓉鲜菇,蒜蓉罗马生菜,蒜蓉A菜,白菜豆腐鸡汤

Dinner tonight: Crispy Fried Chicken Wing, Pan Sauteed Big Mouth Bass, Butter Garlic Mushroom, Stir Fry Veg w/Garlic, Chicken Soup with Napa Cabbage & Tofu.
Love this Southern China style fry. No flour in need. Very yum! Grands & Kiddos (even me myself) love them a lot.

今天的晚餐: 脆炸鸡翅,干烧大嘴鲈鱼,牛油蒜蓉鲜菇,蒜蓉罗马生菜,蒜蓉A菜,白菜豆腐鸡汤。





 脆炸鸡翅:感谢网上好友的帖子,加了baking powder (又是baking powder ?!)和马蹄粉,真的十分脆!小朋友前所未有的赶着喝汤乘饭,就为抓着这一份啃。



禁不住再来一张。好酥香。 这个春节太过分了。严重的腐败堕落,这种又咸又油的东西都敢上!还欣赏,还衷意,简直没有底线!反正吃也吃了,忏悔吧 ---- 中式炸鸡至少没加面粉,不会太厚重腻味...





干烧大嘴鲈鱼:过两磅了,真能!尾巴得剪了分着烧:太长了,锅都不够; 照也不会照,气势太庞大,显现不出来。
 
 
 
 牛油蒜蓉鲜菇:老二爱。LG也爱。动物油和素菜就是很搭:猪油之于青菜,牛油之于蘑菇...
