Okay, finally I made up mind to bake the first loaf of white bread ---- comes out pretty, well, acceptable. I need a thermometer to get more accurate inside bread temperature next time to reach the perfection.
Breakfast today: home made bread, varies sandwich.
Texture inside: good enough to fool the rest of the family :-p
