Pecan Candy: Cinnamon Sugar, Chocolate covered

It's our pecan season. Mom collected a ton, as every year. Here are two types we always enjoy all the time: Cinnamon Sugar, Chocolate covered.

Did not mix much egg white as usual, so that the nuts are not very wet, won't hold too much sugar spice mixture. Healthier choice this year!

 

 

 

Dark Chocolate, and milk chocolate. Everyone under the roof love them!
