Very very hurried dinner within half hour (even during long weekend!). Come home from show & event & a quick dating w/hubby. Luck to cook the pork mostly this morning while prepared the snack. It's such a wonderful beauty!
Dinner tonight: Sauteed Pork Ham w/Soy Sauce, Rock Sugar, and Chinese Herb, Stir Fry Cucumber w/Garlic, Ten Veg Melony, Stir Fry Chinese Cabbage.
好吧，长周末更忙。每天都有应酬，白天晚上轮着转。今天也是晚到7:30才回到。好在早上肘子烧了大半，赶出青菜，盛个十香菜，也就开动了。原以为肘子时间不够，但应了巧，反倒瘦肉脆，肥皮软，十分对味！ 我们家都两年没上肘子了，端将出来巍巍颤颤的如贵妃出浴，美哩~~~~
今天的晚餐： 冰糖肘子，蒜蓉黄瓜，十香菜，烧大白菜。
