Mother's Day! We had a small celebrate with two other families. Not all dishes showed in picture. Love to cook, even on this special day!
Appetizer: Stuffed Olives, Roasted Sweet Peppers, Macadamia, Banana Chips. Goes well with our Chardonnay...
Baking: Butter Croissant, Chocolate Croissants, Sticky Buns.

Cold Cuts: Honey Baked Ham, Home Smoked Salmon
Ham is store brought. I use apple wood for salmon as usual. Smoked to mid-done this time 'cause other moms do care about raw salmon recently. Luckily still tender inside. My kiddos are very crazy about this dish :)
Warm Plate: BF Sausage Patties & Links (store brought, home cooked), Scrambled Eggs show on next pic.
Rice Noodle Bowl: beef, crispy pork belly, and all "accessories" for my rice noodle bowl!
Scrambled egg is a great result today. Use Half Half and low heat, tender and soft.
Vegetable: Cherry Tomato, Sweet N Sour Cucumber
Fruit: Honeydew, Spring Berries
Not pictured: Creme Brule (finished too fast :), Sweet N Sour Pig Feet Guangdong Style, Duck Wings in Wine Sauce Shanghai Style (brought out too late:)
Drinks: juice, milk, coffee, soda, wines, tea.
One of guests brought in: cooked tea (油茶)
