11/20/12 Dinner: 红烧猪前蹄,咸蛋芦笋,姜汁芥兰,蒜蓉台湾白

今天的晚餐:红烧猪前蹄,咸蛋芦笋,姜汁芥兰,蒜蓉台湾白。

Dinner tonight: Roasted Pork leg, Sauteed Asparagus w/Salted Egg, Stir Fry Veg.





红烧猪前蹄: 很久没烧大肉肉啦。就上一只腿好了。连骨带皮的,又不肥腻。小朋友爱用汁拌饭,老人家也咬得动。



 咸蛋芦笋:饭店里是金沙骨,我们就上金沙芦笋。

蒜蓉台湾白

11/20/12 Kiddos' Lunch Pack: Penne

How easy it could be: stir fry bacon (lots of them), mixed veg, and veg penne. No sauce at all, just salt & pepper. Side with yogurt, fruit, & milk. My kiddos never get enough on this pack.
