9/25/12 Dinner: 白灼肥牛豆芽,嫩豆腐烧杂菌,生炒A菜,炒生菜

今天的晚餐:白灼肥牛豆芽,嫩豆腐烧杂菌,生炒A菜,炒生菜。

Steamed Rib eye Steak & Bean Spur, Braised Extra Soft Tofu & Mix Mushroom, Stir-Fry Veg.
Arrived home a little after 7pm. Dinner's ready in 18 minutes. With Braised Pork Belly left over last weekend, quick & satisfied meal could be so fast!



白灼肥牛豆芽:最简单最快的煮法了。一只All Clad煮滚,另一边开炒锅,实在可以很快出菜。
火候是唯一重要的。滚水入油盐,淋甜酱油,壶底油。好了。
