11/6/12 Dinner: 清炖牛腩筋,炒绿豆芽,清炒台湾白,醋熘土豆丝,蛋炒饭

今天的晚餐: 清炖牛腩筋,炒绿豆芽,清炒台湾白,醋熘土豆丝,蛋炒饭。

Beef Flank W/Mixed Herb Stew, Stir Fry Bean Sprout, Stir Fry Green Veg, Pan-Fry Shredded Potato w/Dry Pepper & Vinegar, Stir-Fry Rice w/Egg & Veg.





 清炖牛腩筋:这是昨晚就飞水清炖上的满满一大锅。我的小偏方是铸铁锅微火煨3小时后关火过夜,早上煮早餐时大火煮开,再任其放凉,晚上一热就好了。铸铁锅储热好,可以当半个焖烧锅用啦。

蛋炒饭:剩饭太多,就上最简单的蛋炒饭,爱我的炒锅!--- 炒鸡蛋香香的又不粘! 少油,不落酱,炒到干爽透,再加打两个蛋下去,有金包银,也有银包金。老二连添了三次!小饭桶 :-)
