12/16/12 Breakfast Buns 早餐香肠卷,红豆包


Whole family love the steam bun for breakfast recently. This a more healthy choice, same use as flour & yeast, but much less (or not even any) dairy, sugar, nor butter. And they stay so well in freezer, re-steam is a piece of cake.

Kiddos like any kind of sausage. Make these to cheer them up in the morning of the last week of school this year.
Use very sweet red beans paste for bun. Warm & sweet, good for winter morning as well!

小朋友是我的动力:喜欢我松松软软的包子。扮相是丑了些,但实在暄软松口,甜咸对味。咸的是他们百吃不厌的香肠,甜的就上小昌红豆,热又喷涌而出的甜腻腻,老二严重爱上!

12月了还热得穿短袖,包子发稍微过了,超巨大,型有些塌。也可能馅是纯红豆,不成型。看来拌些粉的馅虽然不讨好我,却是有道理嘀...
 
看着不少,出锅人人试过,余的只够两早上了!
