今天的晚餐: 咸蛋芥菜汤,干烧猪舌,酱爆莲白,姜汁雪里红。


11/14/12 Dinner: Mustard w/Home Made Salted Egg, Sauteed Pork Tongue Stir-Fry Veg.



咸蛋芥菜汤



干烧猪舌:仿牛舌,拿红酒西芹来配,但也有酱,姜,八角,不中不西的,放了颗小小冰糖,烧得正正好,不软不烂香口又厚重的口感。
