Yes: It's 4th of July! 快乐的国庆节 - 庆祝回家

How busy I've been and how many of countries I can visit within a very short and challenging schedule.
Yes, I love to travel, but just saying, there is no place like great USA.
Love to landing and back to my lovely home.

It's a typical BBQ + fireworks weekend. We were so tired, and so excited.

好容易回家了，坐下来，肉也好，酒也好，刀也好，景致也好。自己的窝：舒服啊。

 

BBQ Lamb top w/different spices. Marinated the same way, with onion and egg, a typical recipe I learned years ago from one of my friends in Northwest of China.
羊肉串。放孜然的放辣的，各人遂愿。这小羊嫩腿肉，带肥拖筋的可有口感了。

I love our local sausage. And my kiddos are kidding on whatever style of animal tails they look alike by this cutting thing.

爱用咱们附近乡下出的肉肠，总有一种亲切和在地的气息。切个花，哄小孩儿玩（我在倒时差呢）。

 

 

 

 

Oh, we feel on top of the world whenever our world famous rib eyes are served (and they are on such a very reasonable promotion price!)

你要问我们这帮德州佬最想的是哪口，当然就是牛排嘛。我看肉不少，把牛眼牛排分小了来烤：虽然总是能吃到撑，可烤肉的人很心虚 ---- 太没有传统的气势啦。

这又甜又便宜应季的主食。咱们的孩子一个横着吃一个竖着咬，足够娱乐自己啦。

吃完还有社区的音乐会，热热闹闹的，等天黑放烟花的心真难熬呵。
