3/6/13 Dinner: 南方烤猪小排,韩式烤鸡,鱼香茄子,干烧四季豆,清炒芥菜,蒜蓉A菜

Rodeo is in the air! Love to BBQ often if get time ---- not hot outside, and: yes! No mosquitoes, yet!
Pork ribs are challenge on my time management. I have only 1hr 15min to serve today. Played very hard in the outdoor kitchen to make sure it reaches the right temperature. 2 hour should be much better for a pull back result. But my family loves this one, juicy, tender, and great sauce makes it stand out!

Dinner tonight: BBQ Pork Rib and Chicken, Spicy Sauteed Eggplant, Double Cooked Green Bean & Pickle, Stir Fry Veg.
今天的晚餐: 南方烤猪小排,韩式烤鸡,鱼香茄子,干烧四季豆,清炒芥菜,蒜蓉A菜。




 南方烤猪小排:烤肉腌制是比较费功夫的,烤起来只要控制好火候,倒还简单。猪排则特别费时些。本是要耐性的一道,给我赶这weekday上,有惊无险。




出炉时是这样子嗒。盘子里直接切了吃,摆得乱乱的 ---- 小朋友的耐性就在快门那一秒之间呐。
 
 
 

 
鱼香茄子:我很少做出紫色的茄子:因为不兴油炸。今天禁不住开了介,看着好美哦。又辣又香,大人们送饭的菜。
