9/20/12 Dinner: Rice Noodle Bowl 猪骨浓汤米粉

Parent Teacher Meeting did not end till 740, pick up kiddo after practice, how challenge it could be to cook giant rice noodle bowls for all in 20 min?!
So lucky to have mom get the rice noodle ready for cook before I came back ---- 1 hour's job there!
Pork Bone Soup is so milky and rich! Kids love the marrow as much as I did when I was young!

我回家换衣服还用了3分钟呢。当然没办法一个一个煮小锅粉了。提前煲好的猪骨浓汤，一次煮粉，全捞出来（好不容易），原锅烫生菜，码上猪骨酸菜各取所需。我当然是要十分辣的泰椒，爸爸喜欢大量白胡椒，小朋友就是不停吸骨髓----一如年少时的我. 他们并十分爱配家里做的淡味的咸蛋。
