Goes so well with Cab from Alexander Valley .
I love to do this dish during weekends. Playing with kids for hours before it gets ready.
Used oven with timer after pan-fried today for care-free play. Will go back to stove next time, just 'cause the smell fulfill much better for the whole house :)
