Tonight's dinner: Roasted Chicken Drumstick in Teriyaki Sauce, Asparagus, Mushroom, Stir Fry Rice with Pineapple, Egg, and Onion. One Roast, One fry, 40 minutes. No left over at all!

回来讨好小朋友，上他们爱吃又快捷的碟头饭：照烧鸡腿，烤芦笋，烤蘑菇，菠萝洋葱蛋炒饭。
最好是烤盘一件，开火就一个饭。大小省心。

2/14/13 Valentine's Day Rib Eye Dinner, Roasted potato, yam, cherry tomato, asparagus, Dessert

For decades we scheduled fancy eat-outs for this special meal: no matter how well you know the owner nor booked ahead, there were always wait, busy, crowded, etc.
We were even thinking about the meal tonight while I cooked the breakfast this morning, but made up the mind on the last minute to eat at home.
Turns out very very nice: a true candle light dinner, best steak, tons of veg, endless wine, simple and delightful dessert, enjoy the whole family around,  and a view of my new Valentine's Day gift :-)
