Almond Lace Cookie 杏仁蕾丝饼干

Finally I'm getting better. For years have not been so sick so long.
Need to use my expensive Almond Meal Flour before getting expired. Macaroons are too labor intensive for me at this time, so trying Almond Lace first time after my petite sized Memorial Day BBQ.
Such a simple recipe, but SOOOOO unexpected challenge.


生一场病，是很伤元气的事情。回归厨房，就从baking开始。
一如既往的香遍全屋子，可真是选错了方子：杏仁蕾丝饼干。这是材料简单，却很"烤"手艺和需要练习的饼。太好吃 （老二逢人就夸“好吃死了”，老大吃得话都懒得讲），太美，太麻烦。
我发现只要用上杏仁粉的点心，就是一场考试。

Mid-Night Baking

School's appreciation week. Boys call for "something delicious" before they went to bed: Need to bring the teacher a special "munchie" they would enjoy...

OK, so after all their projects, music, my excises, my music, I'll get something fresh, homemade, smell good, clean, and done within half hour ---- in order to have shower before 1am.
Baking.

Boys did this recipe last Christmas. Very simple and quick. I have no time for lemon zest, so just original flavor and they want something chocolaty this time. Chocolate Madeline, anyone?!
